Local Poké on Washington is a perfectly fine poké spot. The food was good, the selection was about what you would expect, and the staff did a good job. Nothing really stood out as amazing, but there also wasn’t anything particularly bad about the experience. The pricing felt a little expensive for what you get, and my biggest complaint is the parking. They do have a few dedicated spots, but only two or three, and the location can be kind of a pain to get in and out of. The inside is pretty basic. They had a few games set out, which was a nice touch, but otherwise it was mostly white tables, white walls, and a pretty bland overall atmosphere. That said, I don’t really expect much more when going to a poké place, so it wasn’t a big issue. If you work nearby, live in the area, or happen to be walking by, it’s a solid option for a quick poké bowl. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to come here specifically, but overall it’s a decent spot.

One of my favorite poke places in town. They have yellowtail so that’s my main source of protein. Not many or any places have yellowtail. Besides the fish, the white and brown is cooked just right. The mix in are really good too. If you go too late during the day they might run out of the hamachi so it’s best to go early

Sooooo good! I’ve been wanting to go here for years and it didn’t let me down! Generous portions and great prices. I loved the marinated salmon and the fact that the avocado isn’t an up charge. Folks were very friendly and the place was clean. Downside was the marinated tuna wasn’t as good as the salmon and I didn’t care for their kimchi. Huge thumbs up!

From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcomed, and the staff made sure we were well taken care of. A huge shoutout to Alex, who assisted us and truly went above and beyond to make our visit special! On top of the top-tier service, the portion-to-price ratio is perfect. You really get your money's worth with fresh, generous scoops. We will definitely be back!

Local Poke is my new go-to spot for fresh and delicious poke! I was craving a good poke bowl and decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did. I ordered a medium bowl and built my own combination, which is always a plus. The star of the show was definitely the tuna – it tasted incredibly fresh, like it had just been caught. All of the mix-ins were also fresh and vibrant, making for a truly satisfying and flavorful bowl. What also impressed me was the portion size. The medium bowl was a decent portion, definitely enough to satisfy my hunger without being overwhelming. It felt like I got great value for my money. On top of the amazing food, the service was fantastic. The guy who helped me was hella nice (as you said!), friendly, and helpful, which just added to the positive experience. If you're looking for fresh, high-quality poke with generous portions and friendly service, Local Poke is the place to be. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back for more!
